My name is Sonu and I am 10 years old, I live in Sarnath in a hut on the street side. My house is made of sticks covered with plastic. It’s very hot in the summer, so hot , and when it rains everywhere is wet and in winter it is very cold. One truck went by with plastic loaded and one roll of plastic fell down so my father got it and now we have got new plastic on top of the roof so that we can stay dry. When I am at school I do not beg but after school I go to beg. Sometimes my father asks me for money. When we have no money there is no food then I have to go to beg and collect some money for food because I am so hungry, Begging is good , I am helping my family, but when someone pushes me away I feel bad . Sometimes they hit me and shout, “Go from here, why are you following me,” this I don’t like. It comes in my mind that that person maybe has lots of money, he should give me some money. At school I learn dancing, drawing writing reading, drawing. When I finish school I want to become a sir ( teacher). I love to take the photographs, with this camera we go outside to so many interesting places and I take so many photographs. I like to go outside and see new things .
