My name is Maxine and I am 12 years old I have four brothers and they are all in Darwin and stay with my nanna. I live with my mother and father. I like listening to the old women Jessie and Sheila telling me the dreamtime stories. I could listen to them all day. I like going fishing with my Uncle Desmond and Aunty Lisa we sometimes catch Barramundi and Turtle then go home and cook it in the fire. I like going to school and learning. When I grow up I always wanted to take care of the old ladies.
